I read this book in 2022, actually I listened the audio of it in our Native Language, Bangla. The book is pretty much relevant in this modern era to manage the employees in both personal and professional life. I think, if you want to know how to manage people in an easier and efficient way, you guys should check this out. Moreover, I found this book is less time consuming since it is a small book.
