The only benefit of this book is that it encourages people to eat better for improved health. But nothing it contains would even remotely equate to a cure for anything. Hopefully the placebo effect will make up for this book’s complete lack of legitimacy. If a glass of celery juice could cure viral infections such as say, herpes, the world would have caught on by now. Snake oil, plain and simple.
