We really enjoy the show, but not the twangy rendition of the theme song. It’s a nice tune, but as an Iowa farm couple who's musical taste is more Mahler, Arron Copeland, Karl Jenkins and choral singing,( where we are careful to pronounce our “r’s” correctly!). This rendition might represent some Southern farmers, but I feel as my husband did when Captain Kangaroo, on his TV show, showed the farmer with a pitchfork when our sons were young. Since you are covering Agriculture all across the country, why don’t you do a new arrangement employing different artists, some of whom don’t lay on the “Rs”?
