One of the great movies of all time.

One of the best movies of all time. Saw it the first time in Hollywood. Burgess Meredith and John Huston sat right in front of me. When Stephen Spielberg's name came on the screen, they gave him a standing ovation. My youngest brother had died before the movie was released. He is seeing it in heaven where only the best play.

The writer and director should be ashamed. They ruined an otherwise serviceable movie featuring some wonderful actors with logic defying sequences which could otherwise have been easily changed. They don't deserve another opportunity.

It's great to see a movie about life rather than special effects (which I like as well). Charlie Plummer carried the movie and it will be interesting to see what he does in his career. My bet is a big career and success but the business is tough. Movie was thoroughly satisfying and enjoyable. Makes you think about adversity, challenges, persistence, courage and decency.

One of the worst, most boring movies of the decade. It's hard to believe that the finance people would fund this drivel. If you're seeking enjoyment or thoughtful stimulation from a movie, don't see this. If you're seeking prurient, perhaps modern day pandering, this movie doesn't even do that well. If you want to see rabbits as pets or knuckleheads heaving fruit at a naked fat boy, this may suit you.
