Very interesting book. If studied & use information correctly, & wisely it will be beneficial. As.everyone should know one thing doesn’t always work for everyone. I have never liked taking drugs period especially synthetic man made even though some work well.. I consider myself lucky as I never get sick. Knock knock. I’m in my late 70s Aches and pains are from physical work. To many pills Take a pill for one problem then another to stop the problem the First pill created- on on on. Only wish I had time & resources to collect plants from all over country. A nice way too see a lot of new places plus people. Good book
