I was told by a co-worker how mean and disrespectful I am to the staff it was a heated discussion. After watching this movie I felt better about my incident at work. My confidence was strengthen because we don't have to like one another to perform teamwork. It's all about respect and knowing your place. I am glad we had the discussion because it confirmed what I felt about the people I worked with.
