Ping Pai

3 stars is just for curing our fix for another beloved superhero movie. There isn't much more than that. This sequel film doesn't show us much more about Wonder Woman that's exciting or enlightening. Wonder Woman turned into an unfriendly, unlikeable person. The plot got messy and strange towards the end. The ending was rushed and dissatisfying. I like the first film more. The highlight of the film to me is Pedro Pascal and Kristen Wiig's performance. We don't get a proper conclusion to Cheetah's storyline.. sigh.. but still, the villains were fun to watch. (Wonder Woman was not)

Boring. A movie that doesn't know what it wants to be. 2 stars instead of 1 because it was at least beautifully shot.
