Excellent read Very much a book of education of the time period and the similarities but dissimilarities in the world at the time. Inside of the country and outside of the country any place inside of our country where you don't even feel like you're inside of our country. And it changes you go through coming back from war your interaction with your family your friends and it goes deeper when you're the biggest minority in the United States. And especially that being in the southwestern part of the United States and being the biggest minority at the time. And the activism that's going on throughout the world but also this little pocket of the world. Loved it have had the book since I was 18 and finally read it at 40.
