Normans life's work was sabotaged by an unprofessional military officer who had a personal bias against him, an unfaithful colleague, Doctor Strom, and corporate board members who betrayed him. Then, some nerdy child named Peter Parker who has no friends except Norman's son, gets a free ride in an apartment rent-free out of Norman's generosity. Peter, with a naive sense of right and wrong, makes it his mission to interfere with Norman's personal revenge, when it was NONE OF PETER'S BUSINESS. Norman was the protagonist.

Terrible acting, casting and writing. Boring. I recognized the carpet tool. That was the only thing I liked about it. One extra star for showcasing a carpet installation stair tool that is indeed used for tucking and is not a chisel.

I never wouldn't've thought about becoming a ballerina in Chilé while almost losing my serious battle with depression. Thank you.

Another Suicide Squad? After that last train wreck? Who asked for this? Blew away all expectations for me. Maybe the bar was set low. I watched this movie about a dozen times. It's growing on me. I don't usually watch movies more than a couple of times. I like the soundtrack as well. I play that at work. Take care, pumpkin.

So bad, it's good. Eric Roberts phones in a better performance than any other cast members on their best day. Terrible acting from the rest of the cast. Terrible CG. It was fun to laugh at how bad it is. That's why I give it a few stars. Eric Roberts is one of my favorite actors. He doesn't even need to speak at all to be a good actor. He'll sell the story with body language. He's just that good. Watching him interact with the other characters was watching a master work with rookies. Seeing him act with those people made him look way better by comparison. Comparison alone makes me think he deserves an Oscar.

Some of my favorite actors delivered flawless performances in this movie. SUPERB acting from Joaquin, Jonah and Jack. A compelling and touching story. Gus Van Sant does good work.

In the years just before CGI and digital effects became prominent, practical effects had reached somewhat of a pinnacle. This movie has some of the best practical effects. Very well done except for a couple short seconds of bad stop-motion animation. There are a lot of effects in this movie. It holds up better than early CGI. It's a compelling movie that draws me in and keeps my attention. I like Shawnee Smith and Kevin Dillon. There may be some parents who wouldn't want their kids to see this. My dad tricked me into thinking it was Batman when I was a kid. He had it on VHS. He kept saying Batman is coming. I don't remember being scared at all. I realized it wasn't Batman about halfway through. I was just angry and I told my mom that he tricked me. I liked Keaton's Batman when I was a kid.

I'm giving it five stars, not that it completely deserves it, but I want to even it up with the bad reviews. Two people, including my mother and a review on here, could not recognize Beckinsale off the rip. I did. I feel like I'm good with faces now. The master. Yeah, but she was darn good in this movie. I am an enemy of the woke. I do not appreciate what woke Hollywood has done to my favorite franchises, most recently, He-Man. I thought this was going to be a woke sh×t show. It wasn't. It portrayed the sexes equally in bad and good ways, accurately and sometimes humorously. She goes for the balls a lot! Smart move. I really dont know why people dont like this movie. It has a strong female lead without being woke. Good action, great plot twist, well acted, well written, well directed. It is worth a watch.

The musical number served as an explanation to the spangly outfit and name. Why else would a super soldier dress like that and call himself Captain America in real life? They had to do something to explain it, I suppose. It's probably the only low point of the movie for me. I'm not a real critic, I just like this movie. It helped kick off the MCU. It gets five stars from me for being an ambitious Marvel project and bringing my childhood dreams to life

I'm not a typical critic, I just give reviews when I like the movie. I'm not your typical moviegoer either. I'm giving this four stars in the typed review, but five on the star icons. It deserves the credit. It was well acted (despite some bland acting from the mother and son), well directed, and it was compelling. I say compelling a lot in these reviews, probably because I only type reviews when the movie is compelling. There are quite a few lesser known actors in the movie, but that's okay. Nothing wrong with that. Despite some mediocre performances from the lesser known actors, this is some of Dan Stevens' best work that I have seen. He was good in Legion and he was better in this. He plays the misunderstood hero of our story, lol. I rooted for him all the way. I enjoyed the action sequences. I wasn't really expecting a lot of action. It was a good blend of genres. I connected with the main character in the aspect that I am often the overly polite outsider or guest, and always end up annoyed with the people I meet, revealing my short temper. Take care, pumpkin.
