What a wasted opportunity! The patience needed for the filmโs slow burn is not rewarded by the unsatisfying ending. I get that the filmmakers didnโt want to be cliched but, come on, give us a better ending than that. What was the killerโs motivation? Whereโs the social commentary? Whereโs the arc of the characters? It was nearly there but not quite.
