Kaho Friend

Girl power baby! This was one of the gems at Grimmfest online. I'm glad I watched it. It seems to have triggered dudes who can't accept the fact that a girl who's a science nut and ass kicker can save the day. I mean there's a billion horror films with dudes saving babes out there. Glad this one switches it up. They Reach goes off the rails a few times, and it has some so-so acting from the adults. But the teens are all awesome. Especially the lead and her crazy best friend. Oh, and if someone says this is a rip off of Stranger Things, they have not watched They Reach. It isn't.

Very good horror film. Not your standard haunted house film at all. It slows down too much in parts, but the film as a whole is excellent.
