The character development in this game is remarkable. The growth of the relationship between Joel and Ellie is nothing short of phenomenal. As the player, you feel a deep connection to these characters, which makes every moment spent with them all the more meaningful. The game tells a generic story, but the exceptional execution of the characters and their relationships elevates it to new heights. The dialogue between Joel and Ellie is superbly written and adds a layer of depth to their interactions.
