I studied Russian language and culture in college during and slightly after Glasnost.
All those years of potential (and actual in many ways) friendship.

This is so very horrible!
I am not Ukranian myself but I completely stand with Ukraine from February 24 on. I always have, but the last several weeks have proved that no normal human being could possibly tolerate Russiaโs brutal and completely unprovoked war.
