I love the show and can't wait for new seasons to appear on Netflix. I've learned so much about baking and have watched several episodes more than once while I was trying out some of the recipes. The changes in judges and presenters didn't phase me at all. I am more interested in seeing the bakers and how they grow in their strengths as each season progresses. I bought Paul Hollywood's book, "How to bake" and was thrilled that several of the recipe's were featured on some of the technical challenges. I also enjoy watching Paul and Mary's masterclasses when I'm learning a new recipe from Paul's book. I've made his Apricot Couronne and his Olive Bread Sticks while watching the masterclasses. I also found Prue Leith's recipe for Pizza Margherita online and learned how to properly prepare the pizza dough on the masterclass. I am eagerly anticipating new seasons on Netflix!
