Watching this movie will reduce your I.Q. and Credit Score by 30 points. I'm stunned that the director of Zero Dark Thirty and The Hurt Locker allowed her name anywhere near this nuclear bomb, Pun intended. The Command Center looked like a cheap warehouse filled with recycled elementary school monitors, and hovering a mouse cursor over a "launch" button on a screen and left clicking ain't cutting it. Bad time to have a stuck mouse. There was zero effort to get ANYTHING remotely believable and were left with bad casting, bad script and a low budget 80's made for TV movie that was insulting to watch. Dr. Strangelove was so much better.
