Gayle & Charles should have pushed back on Nikki Haley on the real history of racism in the colonies and 13 original states with slavery which continued to be expanded by Congress. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson and many signers of the Declaration of Independence were slave owners so her point on racism in our foundation to the civil war and beyond cannot be downplayed by Nikki’s words and is pure denialism on her part!
