Just watched the 1st episode. Interesting that RDJ takes a show truck that will see very very little to no actual drive time with a modern fuel injected engine (read low carbon foot print from actual driving) and makes a show which includes flying helicopters, driving a tank pulling truck to the shoot, driving a bunch of tanks into a line up for the same shoot, not to mention the film crew getting from place to place and taking a trip to try out a very cool and expensive electric car (read large carbon foot print) which in the end means that while saying he is trying to save the environment he created a larger carbon foot print then he would have leaving the engine in the truck to begin with. Not to mention the extra carbon foot print making the batteries, electric motor, harnesses and controllers or the fact that the batteries are not recyclable. LOOK AT ME TRYING TO REDUCE THE NEGATIVE IMPACT TO THE ENVIRONMENT WHILE ACTUALLY INCREASING THE IMPACT TO THE ENVIRONMENT. Guess the show is all acting so RDJ can make some more money.
