The premise is intriguing, but the unending stream of consciousness. rambling for page after page almost made me quit, but when I came across Alice's (main character) rambling, I confess I just skimmed those chapters in order to get to the action that moved the action/plot forward. Much of the behavior of the Cambridge campus life was true to form and the character development of Peter was very good.
