Very mid tv show. Starts off with some promise, but then the plot just gets convoluted and tiring. Not a single character that I cared for. They portray Numidians as spear and shield holding black people, when they were actually Semitic people and are the ancestors of the modern-day Tunisians and Algerians, mainly the Berber tribes. They also have people speaking modern Arabic in an Egyptian dialect lol. If anything the Arabic of that time would sound very archaic and not close to the modern day language, especially since this is before the dawn of Quranic Arabic. Very meh tv show, feels like they wanted their own version of House of the Dragon or Game of Thrones to make people buy Paramount+. Not worth it.

Kate Moss is a part of the scientology cult, so any of her works is bad to me. This is just a basic spy show with an Islamophobic premise (because yes, the brown person always has ties to ISIS). The accents are terrible too. Save your time, go watch House of the Dragon.
