Please replace Kay Adams. Rachel Bonetta is great as well as Kim Smith. the main problem is that we can't understand what Kay is saying. It's not her fault, but the tone of her voice does not transmit well. I have had 8 other people from 27yrs. old to 70yrs. old and both male and female and everyone has a very hard time understanding her. when you bring on a guest hostess it is like a breath of fresh air being able to understand what she is saying~! This is not personal, but she doesn't have the voice for it and talks WAY TOO FAST along with her undecipherable tone. respectfully, Jerry Russell
