Excellent non linear journey across a landscape filled with love, death, and dreams. The film was more faithful to the novel than I might have expected. I can see that a Netflix audience accustomed to more traditional television like series and lacking much understanding of the culture and language could be very bored with the cinematic adventure.

I went to the theatre with an open mind and expectation to enjoy a special film. Fifteen minutes in I wondered to myself, when is this going to get good? After five minutes more I wanted to walk out.
