I almost want to put this one ahead of Bride of Frankenstein but it comes close ( Bride got a little too silly at times to me!). Nevertheless, Karloff gives us his usual wonderful performance as the monster and Basil Rathbone and Lionel Atwill are good, but Bela Lugosi 's Igor really carries this picture! Maybe his best performance other than Dracula!

Just to see Chaney Jr again as the Wolf-Man is worth it ! A pretty decent monster vs monster flick, and Bela Lugosi actually gives a nice performance as the Frankenstein monster!
