The author fictionalized and sensationalized a true story for commercial gain, disregarding ethics and the real person's dignity. While money motivated the author, the filmmaker prioritized human decency by omitting unethical scenes. The exaggerations contradict the protagonist's true character as a simple, straightforward person. The author's exploitation of a helpless person's life for profit is deplorable. Though hype sells in our technology-driven times, we must not lose sight of ethics, humanity and truth. A story based on real events demands factual integrity and compassion.
I can’t differentiate the author from the barbarian person who misled and manipulated an innocent person into slavery and detained him for long period for financial gain ; the author of the story adopted the same psycho approach for emotional detain of the immaculate man who had undergone barbaric physical torture. Author’s vulgar imaginations in novels reflects his culture and psychic mindset, and he didn’t respect the victim’s background, innocence or humanitarian instincts. Instead of spending time in understanding more about the desert geography and habitat, author of the book adopted easy way of copying details from another book “ The road to Mecca”.
The world in which we are living in is totally inhumane and unethical.
