It’s just... blah! 😒 I can’t see how people could watch a season 2 of this when it’s this vapid & cringeworthy already. I just can’t. It’s quite apparent that they only added new diverse characters to tick those inclusive boxes. It just feels like an opportunistic thing to grow a bigger audience for more views.. it doesn’t feel genuine to me because it’s like they’re actually afraid of too much change, so they don’t give any one of their characters much depth, instead relying on us to fall back in love with the original few characters they have left, but sadly even they’re stale & hard to watch! It’s sad because I love the original L Word, even though it was far from perfect, it was entertaining and made you feel connected to all the different characters anyway.
