This show is absolute trash. The storyline is depressing, excessively violent and sexual apparently just for the sake of being violent and sexual. The writers clearly aren’t clever enough to make the story actually interesting so they throw rape, murder, an over-abundance of nudity, excessive bloodshed, and any other appeal to an immoral mind they can. You will diminish your humanity by watching this show and you’ll feel like you need a spiritual/mental bath after watching it.

This series is so painfully awkward it is difficult to watch. I’m a huge fan of the first two Karate Kid movies from back in the day so naturally I had to watch this. Instant disappointment in the hideous acting by Ralph Macchio and the teen actors… none of them can act. William Zabka did a decent job acting but obviously didn’t have much to work with in the way of production and script. The production values are perfectly in line with a low budget B movie and the storyline is just... dumb. If you like watching a train wreck, this series is for you.
