Sam Bahadur is an absolute delight to watch. I often cringe on going to the Hindi cinema but Sam Bahadur had me glued to my seat and watch his biographical narrative for almost two and half hours. Vicky's Kaushal had almost every shade of Sam Manekshaw portrayed on the screen. My favourite scenes are many in this story telling but the one stuck the most was the opening scene, where Vicky , is inspecting the Gurkhas and he asks the young Gurkhas about his name. After this scene, I knew I was in for a good cinema. Almost every character played a realistic role in this movie. I think, Indira's role could have been bit more robust and could have been given to a similar personality actor. A brilliant movie from Meghna Gulzar. I would not be surprised if, Vicky Kaushal gets a National award for this portrayal. If you have not watched this movie yet, then go watch it in the cinema theater. Stop reading reviews.

Bad acting, bad plot and over acting. Characters like the guy from Haryana doesn’t change his clothes often and is always home, beating his wife. Police inspector overacts and treats an educated person like a common criminal. Indian cinema can never get to the level of A class Hollywood movies.

Watch Sony Liv Maharani. It’s gonna grow on to you once you start watching. Production direction cinematography locales all top class. Story is woven well and the acting is top notch. Huma carried her role well and her being an accidental CM from a house wife is phenomenal. I am not sure why reviewers in magazines or newspapers give bad reviews? I throughly enjoyed the drama and almost binged on it. Much much better than the Indian saas bahu dramas which are such a drab. Web series give more creative space to Indian talent as long as they great stories to tell.

I didn’t even know about the movie until, I accidentally clicked on it. I am glad I did. I watched it one go and enjoyed every frame and the narration. Ms Kher was convincing in her portrayal of a lower middle class working woman and played her part well. This movie deserves kudos and accolades and uninterrupted time of audience.

I loved it. I am a non Malayali speaking Indian but I love malyali stories woven in the most realistic manner, just as the life is. The Dwarf’s wife is one of my favourite, which clearly shows the biases our society displays, with colour creed caste even physical appearances. Reenu Matthew was so realistic in her expressions. Totally believable.
