Pleasantly surprised!! At first I had low expectations since prequels generally tend to ruin the original storyline, but The Ballad really added a fresh perspective. Interestingly told from the viewpoint of the future antagonist, it makes you want to rewatch or re-read the series yet again! If you love young-adult fiction then this book is definitely for you.
