THE BEST INDIAN SITCOM TILL DATE AND FOREVER. Yes, of course, we all grew up..from craving to watch old Tmkoc episodes on loop to not even getting the time to watch the fresh ones..we all grew up. Times might have changed, thousands of sitcoms might be there, our choices might have gotten upgraded, we might have started liking Joey more than The Gujrati hunk Jethiya, maybe we have allowed ourselves to get this lost in life that we might not even remember the importance of the 8:30 slot at night, maybe we don't even remember how we used to whine in front of our mom to let watch the TV for just that half an hour, and yes people, we might have even forgotten the fact that we still have to find a suitable bride for our lovable golden crow award winner, Patrakaar Popatlal Pandey. See! I got that smile, right!? :p Well that's exactly what TMKOC is about! Perhaps the entire childhood of this generation. I don't know how much you guys can relate with the above things that I mentioned..but that is my childhood for sure! It is so difficult to rate a show like tmkoc out of five. People often tend to make a lot of fun of it, comparing it with those star plus shows which have been running for a long long time. Well, I don't know about those, but I can bet that this show will never go off air because of public disapproval, it's just IMPOSSIBLE! Tmkoc is undoubtedly the most non vulgar, all generation friendly and purest form of comedy. It is that one show which is loved by every gen. Those old episodes, well, one can NEVER get bored out of watching those! Such is our Tmkoc! I just want to say big, big BIG thanks to the entire team of Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chasma for making mine and literally many others' childhood so much beautiful and fun! For teaching us love and harmony. For letting us know what lies in unity that's absent in loneliness. For teaching us the The never give up spirit through Popatlal. For making us believe in the phrase 'Truth always prevails' through the golden words conveyed by the Champak chacha. and yes, no matter how old I grow but this show and all its characters will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. I'd always come back to this place to take a happy pill. None can ever replace Jethiya for me. No show can ever bring that inevitable smile on my face at 8:30 pm. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY CHILDHOOD THIS FUN TEAM TMKOC!
