This movie is a must watch for anyone who values cinema as an art form. Vasanta Balan's direction, Jeyamohan's dialogues and ARR's music were truly world class. I have read about Sankaradasa Swamigal in Jeyamohan's Munsuvadagul, but to get a visual treat of his life was really delightful. Tamil cinema needs more of movies like these. It needs more of Vasanta Balan's ilk. Kudos!
