Louise Klaber

This is an engaging book in that we get into the mind of a reluctant astronaut charged with saving the world. There is lots of science put in simple terms and some cliches in that an ex biologist turned junior high school teacher is immersed in a very high powered scientific community when a biological scourge is detected. Not too believable. Still Grace and his compatriot, Rocky come to life. If one can pass over numerous cliches (back of the napkin math) used too frequently, and suspend disbelief it is fun to read.
