The recipes don't work. I've made about half of the recipes in here, some of which I have made before from other recipes. Without fail, every one of them has failed. I am an experienced forager and a keen baker! So given everything has failed, I have to think that it is the book itself is the problem, and the recipes are bad. It's only purpose is to look pretty.
