An incredibly unrealistic portrayal of an emergency calltaker. I didn't have high hopes considering I'd be biased as an emergency calltaker myself but this was next level bad. The movie itself was entertaining enough but there was no logic behind it what so ever. They had the opportunity to make this a fantastic eye opening look into the world of the call taker simply by doing their research into the basics of how it works. Major flaws in the plot and massive oversights mean that any critical thinker, in law enforcement or not could pick the mistakes that were made.
