Cosmic horror done well. It’s pretty uncommon for this sort of lovecraftian horror to translate well to film. The acting isn’t always the best, the writing is a little clumsy here and there but overall the horror elements of this series work extraordinarily well. A slow burn that has you Constantly questioning the sanity of the protagonists. I’d recommend this to any horror fan who needs something that is fresh and unique.
