Fantastic! The series follow the book pretty closely, as closely as possible anyway. The actors are well chosen. It's one of the better series out there. I hope we will have two more seasons.

I was bored out of my mind. The movie covers way too much ground. It would be a total bomb if it weren't for Cilian Murphy's outstanding performance. The soundtrack overpowers the story so much that I would have walked out of the theater had I not been with my husband, who was enjoying the movie (well, somewhat.) The fact that the plot concerns an important moment in our history does not make it a good movie.
