It was such a nice flim. Most of the scenes were really touching. The scene where Nayan madam dies was excellent direction. She smells the jasmine and in her dream she is getting it from her daughter and son at their childhood age was really amazing.
Of course we know in the beginning itself that somehow Kajol will start to like her mother. But how she was changed and realizing how she made her daughter to go through same way as her mother did was nice way to keep the audiences engaged and emotionally touching.
Three generation women of different age takes their favorite thing with a soothing or satisfying or relief smile and enjoys it at a same place. That photo taken at right time and used for the Madam Nayan's autobiography. I liked that scene a lot.
Masha realizing the situation and wants to be stereotype women is a bit unacceptable in my view and may be the flim is with light essence or touch against women's freedom of choices.
But on the whole it was good movie to watch. Take away from this flim is your life is your choice but have a empathy before it is too late to apologize or to rectify.
