I actually liked the film and found it funny. Not sure why it garnered such scathing reviews. It is fairly close to the original in its wit and whilst the animation was at times a bit hollow, it was reasonably atmospheric. The bad guy was also funny being so vain yet in reality being hideously ugly and nearly stole the show from TC but not quite. I would recommend the film.

All action movies are far fetched and require the viewer to suspend reality for a couple of hours but this is cartoon action with terrible acting. It is a lot like Rambo but with worse acting. Arnie kills an awful lot of people but despite this and walking through hundreds of fired bullets with the speed of a muscular snail, manages to sustain just one in the shoulder by the end. This is a fantastically awful film.
