You owe it to your family to read this book. I postponed reading it for over a year after I bought the paper copy, then I bought the Kindle version and LISTENED to it using Alexa. Its a gem! I enjoyed it when doing the dishes and driving to work. My cold hands are a thing of the past and my energy is way up! I am clearer in my head... I am continuing... I just got started on iodine. It's a crime that docs don't know about this but I am not surprised because they are pharma companies literally write their text books and ghost write their research papers. I would not recommend anyone to become a doctor. They should not be called doctors, they are actually pharmacutical sales reps.
