Impossible to get someone to help you when you are overseas. They closed my account by mistake, I didn’t request it. I have no access to my money at all and they don’t care. I have been trying to contact them for the last 3 days, i have been on hold for more than one hour waiting for them to pick up my call. Once they answer, they tell me they can’t help me, and that they will call me back. They never called.
