The only glaring downside to this show is it could use more scenes with the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
I went into the show having never been able to get into, or find humor in, The Office. My expectations weren't high, but I was thoroughly impressed with how often the show was able to make me laugh so hard that I missed bits of humor that followed.
John Malkovich offers levity in a dry and thoughtful way, and I was caught off guard by how much I enjoyed his pensive wise-cracks.
This is easily one of Netflix's best productions that I've come across in a while.
