If I could rate the customer service experience alone it would be a higher rating. After being seated I waited for a while until i flagged someone down to take my order. Once taken the barely warm burger came out (because they were out of the fish) quickly. The fries were hotter than the burger. I tried their sauce so what is it supposed to be sweet or spicy, sweet and spicy or just like mayo (something to keep the sandwich from being dry). Either way not impressed. So what is the big deal regarding this restaurant? Nothing I could have had a similar experience at any burger joint (McDonalds, Cookout, Chicken King) half the price.

I enjoyed this show when it originally aired in 2006-2009. I still enjoy watching it 10 years later. It could use a re-boot. When CBS' Seal Team is on hiatus, why not re-boot this series. I only wished that Hector Williams was not killed.

It reminds me of "Spenser For Hire" the series. I enjoyed the movie.
