While its no Battle For Bikini Bottom, the game is fairly charming and is a lot of fun considering its a very late PS1 2D platformer. The GBA version is a little lacking in my opinion but still very fun. I recommend the PS1 version for anyone who has a PS1 or PS2. I also recommend reading up on the development cause its very interesting.
