Movie is nothing short of excellent. Joaquin Phoenix does an impeccable performance as a broken, psychotic man driven to utter madness by the class-driven cruelty which plagues Gotham. The movie as well has an exquisitely raw, horrifyingly beautiful, and just plain expressive score which accompanies its amazingly creative cinematography; the two of which work together flawless to show the cogs of madness slowly churning inside Arthur Fleck's head as the movie progresses.
