This movie did not feel real. No nail biting anxiety, so so acting, etc. I don’t know. Maybe I’m missing something.

The characters felt underdeveloped and the scenes were disjointed. It felt as if they were jumping from one scene to another without completing and left too many questions. But then again, I read the book some time ago and it was so well written and researched that I think it would take a mini series to do it justice.

I’m confused by the lack of terror the residents exhibit when dead people re-emerge…why didn’t they call in outside help to investigate. It makes not sense. Another mystery, there are only a few people in the village and yet many don’t know each other. It’s not as if there are more than 10 people there. I love a good mystery, a good sci-fi but this one is off the rails in the wrong direction.

Wasted my time with this one. So many cliches throughout.
