I never would have predicted that I'd be engaged for an hour and a half in a movie that is literally just a conversation in one room between two people having a conversation; however I related to the honesty of the discussion and found myself immediately relating to both sides of it, rather than picking one.
I realized at a young age that I only believed in God and Jesus because I was raised to do so, and have spent every day since trying in vain to find truth. I found solace in the presentation of both sides of the discussion, but more so with Samuel L. Jackson's faith, because the unavoidable truth that certainly pertains to me is that if your worldview leads you to suicide, it's a good idea to change your worldview..
That ending threw me for a loop though. Need to unpack it, but the movie got me thinking, which is usually a bad thing, but in this case I doubt it.
