why is it even a thing to have a white person playing an Asian person? It's not even like they changed Mira's race because she's supposed to be Asian, her mother is Asian in the movie. Stop taking roles away from POC just to give it to white people. I've seen the original and seeing Scarlett on the posters for this one didn't make me want to watch the movie more, I just thought it was embarrassing to see her there when she's clearly not Asian Even with this whitewashing aside the movie was horrendous. Don't watch it if you want to keep all your brain cells.
