Like if you ordered Sleeping With the Enemy on Wish. An absolute rip off of that movie, from the faked death right down to the neighbor stealing fruit from her yard, a song being a trigger, a parent in the nursing home, toilet seat instead of towels, everything at the end, etc.. it's an absolutely poorly done scene by scene remake of the 90s movie with Julia Roberts. Don't waste your time.

What in the world. What is with the young girl with the bad flyaway hair sitting next to Judge Judy and then chatting with her like a gossip session after each case? This version isn't smart or quick or satisfying like the original show, it is pretty awful. And they should have paid the money to have Byrd back. They could have easily done that by saving whatever salaries they are paying the court reporter or the gossip girl "clerk" or whatever she is. Byrd was absolutely hilarious without trying. The show as is won't (and shouldn't) last long. (Edit to add.. I see now from other reviews the girl is a granddaughter? Oh man that's even worse, nepotism for all the wrong reasons. Gross.)
