I recently had the misfortune of hiring All My Sons for my recent move, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Firstly, their customer service is abysmal. It took multiple attempts to get in touch with them, and when I finally did, the representatives were rude and unhelpful. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to assist a paying customer. The actual moving day was a nightmare. The movers arrived hours late, without any explanation or apology. When they finally showed up, they seemed unprofessional and disorganized. They mishandled my belongings, causing damage to several items. It was clear they lacked the necessary skills and care required for a job of this nature. To add insult to injury, the final bill was significantly higher than the estimate I was given. The hidden fees and extra charges were never explained beforehand, leaving me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. The overall lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by All My Sons is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial loss by avoiding this company at all costs. There are plenty of other moving companies out there that actually value their customers and provide a competent service.
