I don't know why some readers are giving this book low ratings. I've read every Michael Connelly book leading up to this one and he does not miss. Connelly is one of the best police procedural writers ever. I've been an attorney in criminal justice for 33 years and he knows his stuff. The Dark Hours is no different than it's predecessors. As long as Connelly keeps turning them out, I'll be reading them.
