Utterly nonsense. It's 2 hours of my life never gonna come back. I don't know why it called horror and so many positive reviews. It has no scares. Only one scary scene in the movie played repeatedly of blood gushing in a hallway and twin girls. You wait until the end something will happen, and you get credits running knowing the movie ended. One character, the cook, he comes running all the way from his holiday, knowing something wrong is happening, consumes total 30 mins in the movie, and gets killed instantly after reaching. Why develope that character has no purpose.

Downright Boring... I never read the books, but it should not matter. I chose this movie based on premise. Oh boy! I was in for a big disappointment. Movie starts in a dark theme. It has very slow pace and you wait until two and half hours for something to happen, but nothing does. A movie sets too many characters. It's hard to keep track because no dynamics are developed between them. I am a quite surprised with positive review. Maybe because of the cult.
