The company is just happy to let the game be a nest of toxic behavior. The game is impossible to play since every 2 game you will get bots or people wasting / trolling the game and absolutely no action is ever taken. Matchmaking also is very inefficient. This just means that what could be a great game is dominated by an absolutely awful experience for new players and a circle of toxicity for more experienced players. Play at your own risk!
